CANCELLATION POLICY
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED AT POINT OF BOOKING AND COMPLETION OF BOOKING FORM TO SECURE YOUR PLACE ON YOUR CHOSEN COURSE.
THE DEPOSIT WILL VARY FROM COURSE TO COURSE THE AMOUNT WILL BE ADVISED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
FINAL BALANCE OF THE COURSE WILL BE DUE 2-4 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE COURSE AGAIN THIS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON THE COURSE YOU ARE ATTENDING.
ONCE BALANCE IS PAID IN FULL, PLEASE NOTE THE COURSE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
If you are unable to attend the course booked, you must let us know a minimum of 14 days before the course date. Failure to provide this may result you not being able to change to another suitable date or a 50% loss of the course fee deducted.
Some of our courses are 2 phased learning with home study and exams prior to the course practical days please note this must be completed prior to your practical days.
